Hey, CFA fam. Manal Azer is selling two extra tickets to Phantom of the Opera at Kennedy Center on July 15 at 7:00 PM. The seats are awesome. Center Orchestra, row AA, seats 113 and 114. Literally front and center. Bought them for $130 but willing to sell them for $100 each. Let her know!

This Saturday is the CrossFit Total at 10am! There will not be a regular group class – so come out and test your 1 rep max in the Press, Back Squat, and Deadlift. Get there early and warm up to be ready to show off those gains!
